Macro Solutions Tools LTD, a dynamic software development company based in the UK, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position is commission-based, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to earn based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Identify New Clients: Conduct research and outreach to potential clients who need software development, IT services, or other related solutions.
  • Generate Sales Leads: Identify opportunities and build relationships with businesses across industries, focusing on software development projects.
  • Pitch and Present Solutions: Present our software solutions and services to potential clients, addressing their business needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, aiming to close deals successfully.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation for the company.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Report and Track Progress: Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities, progress, and results.

 

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position, where you will earn a percentage of the sales you generate. The more successful projects you bring in, the higher your earning potential.
